Affiliate Disclaimer
Last updated: 15 January 2026
In one line
Some links on this website may become affiliate links in the future. If you click one and complete a qualifying action, we may earn a small commission — at no extra cost to you. Our recommendations stay independent and editorial.
1. What is an affiliate link?
An affiliate link is a tracked URL that allows the destination website to recognise that a visitor came from us. If you click that link and then take a qualifying action — such as purchasing a product, opening an account, applying for a quote, or signing up for a service — the partner may pay us a small referral commission.
This is a standard practice across UK personal-finance websites and is permitted by the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), the CMA's Online Influence guidance, and the US FTC's affiliate disclosure rules.
2. What this site currently does
As of the date above, UK Finance & Insurance AI Tools Hub does not yet contain active affiliate links. However, we are actively exploring partnerships with regulated UK financial-services providers — for example, mortgage brokers, insurance comparison platforms, savings accounts and investment platforms.
When (and only when) we add affiliate links, we will:
- Disclose the relationship clearly on the page where the link appears;
- Keep this page updated;
- Apply the principles set out below.
3. Our editorial principles
- Commissions never change our recommendations. We only feature products and services we believe are genuinely useful for our UK readers.
- Your price is not affected. Whether you click an affiliate link or go direct, you pay exactly the same. The partner pays the commission, not you.
- Information first, links second. Calculators, articles and AI explanations are written for educational value, not to drive clicks.
- Clear labelling. Where a link is an affiliate or sponsored placement, we will say so near the link.
- No advice. Affiliate content is informational. Always confirm details with the provider and consider taking regulated advice for big decisions.
4. How affiliate income is used
Any future affiliate revenue helps cover the costs of hosting, our AI infrastructure (calls to the Gemini API), email delivery, design and ongoing engineering work. Keeping the lights on lets us keep the entire toolkit free for every UK user — no paywalls, no subscriptions and no compulsory accounts.
5. Compliance
We aim to comply with:
- The UK CAP Code and Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) rules on identifying advertising;
- The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) guidance on hidden advertising and influencer marketing;
- The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) financial-promotions regime — we do not provide regulated financial advice;
- The US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) endorsement guidelines, where applicable to a global audience;
- Google AdSense and Google Search Essentials policies on disclosure and trustworthy content.
6. Third-party services & responsibility
We are not the provider of any product or service linked from this website. Once you click through to a partner site, your relationship is with that partner. Read the partner's terms, privacy policy and any pre-contract information carefully before applying or purchasing.
7. Not financial advice
Nothing on this page — or anywhere on this website — constitutes regulated financial, mortgage, insurance, investment or tax advice. Calculator results and AI explanations are general information only. Always independently verify rates, allowances and product details with the provider, with HMRC, and (for big decisions) with an FCA-authorised adviser.
8. Changes to this disclaimer
We will update this page whenever the way we use affiliate links materially changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
9. Questions?
If you'd like to know whether a specific link is an affiliate link, or have any other questions about how we monetise the site, email info@yashvidigital.in or use our contact form. We're happy to be transparent.
