Everything on this website — including calculator results, AI-generated explanations, articles and FAQs — is for general information only. It is not:

• Regulated financial, tax, mortgage or insurance advice;
• A personal recommendation;
• A substitute for professional advice from a qualified accountant, mortgage broker or FCA-authorised adviser.

Always verify figures with HMRC, your lender or a regulated professional before making financial decisions. Tax rates, allowances and rules change frequently.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our UK 2025/26 tax bands, SDLT rates, ISA and pension allowances accurate. However:

• Calculators are simplified models and may not reflect every individual circumstance.
• We do not guarantee that any result is complete, accurate or up to date.
• You use the Service at your own risk.

Sterling, our AI assistant, generates responses using a large language model. AI output may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Do not rely on AI replies as your sole basis for a financial decision.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• Scrape, crawl or systematically copy content without our written permission;
• Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or violates anyone's rights;
• Use the AI assistant to generate harmful, deceptive or unlawful content.

All design, code, copy, branding, logos and calculators on the Service are owned by Yashvi Digital Marketing or its licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may view and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

The Service may link to third-party websites or services (including potential affiliate partners — see our Affiliate Disclaimer). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, terms or privacy practices of those third parties.

If you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us, you consent to receiving relevant emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email or by emailing info@yashvidigital.in.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
